Positive: Everything was perfect. We had a little problem when we arrived, but the host solve it immediately. Perfect location in the residential area of the city, free parking on the street! Full equipment kitchen and, comfortable beds, big terrace.

Positive: The house is located on the ground floor and suitable if you are traveling with a family or have old people who find it difficult to take stairs. The house does have a nice living room, separate dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom all of which look modern clean, well organized and put together. The hosts keep in touch by phone and are very welcoming and responsive. The location outside the city centre is itself not an issue if you arrive by car. Parking in the street is usually possible.
Negative: Unfortunately, the positive vibes that I had after entering the house did not stay long in to the summer night. I did not find any freezer in the refrigerator to make any ice for any cold drinks or store any ice cream. I ended up spending two nearly sleepless nights in this place. If it happens to be in the middle of the summer that you are staying at this place, then fully opening the windows of one of the bedrooms is not an option as they open to the street and puts your safety or privacy at risk. One can tilt the windows inwards but that is of little help if the air is still. You will still stuffy and will not be able to sleep under the duvet provided. Moreover you will hear what every passer on the street or now and see the bedroom illuminated by the headlights of the car passing by. The bedroom would have been well served if the hosts had provided at least a large pedestal fan. The other issue is that all of us felt that the beds are not very even or very comfortable to sleep in. I personally got the feeling that if I were to be at the edge of the bed that I would roll off the bed on to the floor. This is certainly not a bed for someone who arrived by driving a long distance by car and looking for a bed to relieve his back from pain.
Summary: Unfortunately experienced 2 sleepless summer nights here.

Positive: The location was central for us enabling walking to most places, parking provided, host communication was excellent, accommodation clean & tidy and comfy beds, excellent internet connection.
Negative: The fridge did not come with a freezer so could not make ice or buy frozen vegetables. The cooking stove was very slow, it made cooking hard as it took 3 times longer to make any meals.
Summary: Great location, clean & tidy accommodation, easy check-in, host really hospitable.
